~So I did some math earlier today, and realized that out of the 55 days between July 1st and August 24th (when I go back to UNH), I will have lived at home for 10 days, in Washington DC for 4 days (combining two half-days into 1), UNH for 6 days, and Derby for the other, um, 35. I was going to go down to New Haven on Monday, or possibly Sunday night, and surprise Forgy. I had been talking about doing it for a bit, and decided to finally actually do it, and stay till Wednesday. Did the last twelve hours seriously just happen? I really hope they did, and this wasn't just a really good part of my zombie apocalypse dream that I had last night (TERRIFYING BY THE WAY) and a zombie is going to pop up behind me to eat my brain, then I'll wake up and say, "Damn, it wasn't real."

Went to go see Jukebox the Ghost last night in Westport. All I can say is holy crap. I want to be able to play piano even half as well as Ben Thornewill. I got a sticker so my car doesn't look quite so naked. I don't think it's supposed to be a bumper sticker, but we'll make it work ( Read more... )

I saw a deer get hit the other day on the highway in Nashua. It ran across the side my dad and I were driving on, then turned and started running diagonally across the left lane of the other side. A driver didn't see it and its head went through the driver's side window, shattering the glass, then flipped over backwards and flew through the air ( Read more... )

I am very excited about this. I'm also very excited about my new icon, which I had way too much fun making and which came out much better than I thought it would. That's pretty much the reason I'm making this post. =)
