I haven't done photos yet, but the project was about my weekend depression. I called it 'Dissonance' because there's always so much I want to do during the weekend, from hanging out with friends or family to going out, but usually I just while the time away slumped in bed, sleeping or possibly watching TV.

Are you me?! ^^"

The sculpture was of a figure lying in fetal-position in a bed, completely covered by a blanket, while around the bed printed-out images taped to wooden skewers acted both as opportunities and as a fence that kept me in.

What a brilliant concept!

Now I feel even more guilty about how shallow all of my latest LJ entry is, LOL.

And, gosh, I'm so excited about Prom I can't stand myself! I hope it's a memorable episode, especially since: 1. I've been waiting for a Glee-Does-Prom episode since the pilot, basically; and 2. I already know my Wednesday will be a sucktastic day (I'm in vet school and they're taking us to a pig farm, but I'm a vegetarian, so I'm, like, "Oh, man, just kill me now."... ;-P), so I'll need ( ... )

Quite possibly. We've proven before that we think very much alike when it comes to Glee, so why not other things as well? :)

I'm in vet school and they're taking us to a pig farm, but I'm a vegetarian, so I'm, like, "Oh, man, just kill me now."

First of all... I love how you used that "Oh, man, just kill me now" Dave icon from 2x18 - brilliant! :D

Second... how is it that you're the second person in my life now who's been to/is in vet school? O_o Freaky. And bb... I feel for you about the pig farm. I'm not a vegetarian myself, but my sister is, and I actually do wish for ideological reasons that I was vegetarian, but I have to admit that I like meat. Not like, love love love can't go a day without, but I couldn't give it up entirely.

Wednesday will be a day back to work for me - it's Independence Day on Tuesday so we have the next two days off, but Wednesday's gonna be a bitch to go back to work, so having Glee waiting for me in the evening will be good for me too :)

CAN'T WAIT :D

Speaking of (hopefully) nice coincidences, one of my friends/favourite people in vet school is actually an Israeli girl called Yasmin! =)

I totally understand, since I feel the same way about going vegan (partly because I love milk too much, partly because I live in a horrible, small town, where it would be especially hard to find decent alternatives to dairy products and eggs).

As a matter of fact, I appreciate it when people tell me they're not vegetarians simply because they like meat too much to give it up, rather than trying to convince me that pigs and cows were made to be eaten by humans. .:headdesk:.

Sorry about the mini-rant, lol.

Wow, now that IS a nice coincidence! :D Say "Shalom" to Yasmin for me :)

Well. I don't think that pigs and cows were "made" to be eaten by humans; life on Earth just evolved that way. In some alternate universe (which I fully believe in, btw) things might have turned out different - humans might have not evolved and other animals might have assumed the 'top dog' position over us :P ( ... )

I have yet to see Beastly. I didn't even know NPH was in it! I have a girl crush on MK Olsen (even if she looks like a witch XD) so I'm really looking forward to watching it!

It was warm enough to wear dresses here until last week, when it started raining. I dont even get it, it's supposed to be summer O__o Meh.. I'll prolly wear the dresses with tights and a jacket anyway XD
