With the acquisition of the TiVo and an extra laptop (while I transfer stuff over to my new T42p), our home contains over half a terabyte in hard drive space.. I think it's about 560GB. I guess it's not that ridiculous considering that you can get 300+ GB hard drives nowadays ( Read more... )

In yesterday's laundry list, I left out Liza and Esther's housewarming party. They live right down the hill from us. On Saturday I actually skateboarded to get from point A (the Galleria) to point B (the Stata Center) rather than coasting around in an empty parking lot or playground. For the past few week's I've been trying to fix up Lee's old TiVo. It was stuck on the "Powering Up" screen, and the hard drive made a terrible clicking noise.
