not sure...thats what i heard on the radio. im not really sure how we can be the friendliest or most helpful when we are the murder capital (per capita) of the nation. something about that seems counterintuitive....

That last paragraph explains it.

We talked about it in psych class. They dropped self-addressed stamped envelopes around town and saw which cities had the most people send them. Also dropped pens and saw who picked them up for someone and other stuff like that.
