It was a cinematic representation of the beginings of the worlds most notorious intelligence organization and the layers of intrigue and conspiracies that floated around it's beginning days.

Fine,

It was a terrible piece of claptrap that made me want stab the director in the face repeatedly.
It was just a thousand and one secrets flopping around into a big pile that eventually became the CIA. And considering how the real CIA is seen and supposedly operates. It would not suprise me if it was accurate.
