Although she didn't win, my music teacher, Mrs. Poppleton, did make it through to the finals of Classic Fm's Music Teacher of the Year Award. And the reason she didn't win? I reckon it's because the winner had a larger school, so she could easily get more votes. Mrs. P. should have won

Congratulations to your music teacher!! She sounds really lovely, I wish I had a music teacher like that :( Our school music teachers are not as lovely. All our bands and orchestras are organised by parents. I dont even do music as a subject anymore cos I knew I'd get one of them. :P Lucky lucky you!!

she did well to get as far as she did! unfortunately my magic vote didnt work well enough lol! its good to finally see a pic of the person who sounds as though she helps u out. the music teachers at my school are pretty shit which is why i dropped singing and wont get guitar lessons there lol! well done to her anyway!

Yay Mrs P! From just the few times shes taken the joint choir an wot u hav sed about her i can c she rocks! I can c my vote didnt work either! lol ah well. I HATE the music teachers at our school. In fact i hate all the teachers!

God, I hate the music teachers at your school lol! ESPECIALLY Mrs. Shepherd. Or however it's spelt. I got a real shock the other day, she was wandering around our school... and worse, she seemed to recognise me from somewhere because she SMILED at me (or her version of a smile...)! Terrified me. Has she had the baby yet? xx

um not as far as i know, last time i saw her (wen i was hidin frm her cos she was tryn to make me sing wiv the choir in end of term assembly even tho i hadnt been to a single rehearsal) she was still wearin her disgustn tents. ew. she totally grosses me out!
