Tell me about the great things happening in your life. We can all use a bit of sunshine in the cold, grey doldrums of winter.

Kyra is learning to read!

Maya designed a simplified RPG-esque tabletop game where we made friends with a dragon.

I'm having great fun running a game I'm really proud of.

The days are getting longer and the sun is coming back!

Various friends are getting married or having babies!

I'm getting an adorable cat when I move out west! My aunt's been taking care of her for me - she's a total sweetheart, and very friendly, with a crooked tail. I call her ClueCat.

I'm developing a dating website! And, in the course of research, my group came across Grouspawn!

I'm celebrating ten years of marriage with my husband this year... And some of our dear friends (like YOU!) are joining us back down in Disney to celebrate. But you know one thing I cannot wait for? We get to crack open our time capsule and read all the letters you guys wrote us ten years ago!! I cannot wait!

Joshua just turned seven! And I'm surprising him with a night out with Mommy next week to go see the Lion King.

When I go to work in the morning, Zachary will run up to me and say "Wait, Mommy! I must kiss you!" and when he kisses me then says "I must kiss you again" and then will run back inside to proudly tell Daddy he gave me two kisses.

Joshua is making and decorating a box to hold valentines. And then told me how he wished Shayla (his kindergarten crush) went to his school so he could give her a Valentine.

New fences are almost up and they look fabulous! The neighbors who could have potentially caused problems for us were both very pleasant and reasonable and didn't hold up anything in the process.

My little nephew is starting to talk a little- I got him to almost say "purple" (I had a purple star on my shirt). It came out more like "bah-bull" but I'll take what I can get :)
