I'm in Baton Rouge. For Funeral. Only going to be here for about...another 10 minutes then I'm heading home. I missed my kitty. =(

Fair share of funerals these days. Did you hear about my uncle John-Owen finally passing two weeks ago? He'll be missed, and so are you.

He died? After all that time in the hospital? I bet your mom felt horrible. =/ My love to both of you. And get better soon so that when I'm home I can pounce you.

Yeah, sadly he fell into a coma one night while being transported to another hospital and they made the decision to set him free. He was in so much pain, I know he's happier.

I'm in recovery, and full speed ahead! I'm up and 'crutching' my way around the house like a pro, and haven't been in too much pain except the usual 'I can't turn over in bed because my tummy hurts too much'. But my leg, arms, back, ect are decent enough to say I'll survive without painkillers, whoo!
