I went running this morning for the 1st time in months. My knee is A OK. I didn't go very far because I didn't want to lose my breakfast. I don't figure yogurt would taste too spectacular coming up

Hey Yo Dan. Give me a call at my house phone the next time you go running. I went out to Memorial at 9am this morning and didn't see anyone, mind you today I was more winded than usual and spent most of the time with my head down. You know Heather watches Court TV EVERY MORNING. Sometimes its actually funny because she will get into it and add more snappy dialogue to the TV Judge's snide remarks about the Defendant, the bailiff, random people in the viewing audience.
