I was watching a TV show the other day that had it's series finale...and it struck me that through all the strife, the end result was Love. They all found it. I like when shows end like that...even Sex and the City ended that way ( Read more... )

This was a great entry.

I'm curious, what do you do in your life that you feel adds to what you spoke of in the entry?

That's a great question!

Something I do consistently is that I try to act kindly to people, even when they are acting with anger. Of course I'm not perfect, but I generally attempt to be calm and get to the heart of the anger. Many times it diffuses the situation that would otherwise develop into an explosive one.

Also, I've given very selflessly to a few people in my life. Unfortunately, one set of people has returned my kindness and generousity with disrespect and callous action.

Service has been much of my life...in fact, I'm thinking of doing some other things to bring more of that into my life again.
