Baking madly

Well, sort of. I've baked the first three batches of cookies - you can check the progress in the pinned entry, I'll update steadily. These were relatively easy ones - in theory. One of the marks of a good cook/baker is how well they do on things they don't like. I'm very happy about the time I made L. strawberry cupcakes for their birthday because they loved them and I don't even like strawberries!

Now I am curious about the refined Kokosmakronen! I love Kokosmakronen, the rest of the family thinks them too bland.

I've tried to take away some of the sweetness by adding lemon zest but they are still sweet enough. :)
