I just weighed myself for the first time today and i am down to 143.5 yay lost 2.5 more this week! the fasting is working! i want to see if i can get down to 140 by the 10th when in gona be on the beach!! i swam for my workout last night and did the sauna for 12 mins

AHH im going to the beach in 7 short days!! its bitter sweet..i love the ocean but hate myself in a swimsuit duh! well i am going to work extra hard and hopefully lose bot 5 more pounds.It also sucks because im going with my best friend and shes TINY like 5 foot and 100 lbs i look like a giant compared to her! also i plan on getting dunk every day ( Read more... )
