My life is crashing down on me. I think I just broke up with my boyfriend. I just can't handle a relationship with someone who doesn't have their shit together. I am trying to get my ass to skool but I just can't face the world today. I wish today would be over.

today i had a muffin and a handful of salad with low fat italian dressing. I am hoping to not eat anymore today but I feel a binge coming on......pls god noooooo.

So being that I was feeling like absolute shit about myself yesterday I must have eatin like over 2000 calories. I want to cry. I took some exlax last night. This morning I feel a little better.
