I just did a salt water flush this morning and I feel sooo much cleaner. More empty than before. Loves IT!!! Its really gross to do tho. I almost barfed. :O

This is my first post. I am ana mia. Mostly Mia. for about 2 years. I have just recently chosen to switch to restricting. So far in the last week and a half I have lost 8lbs. Im pretty happy with that but I have sooo far to go. I am wayy to fat. So I wish all of you out there the best of luck.
