Today

breakfast:
1 can Kern's guava nectar
210 calories.
Small banana
30 calories

lunch:
some asian soup
240 calories.

Dinner: NONE- unless I'm really feeling weak, I'll have a small salad with
lemon juice, salt and cracked pepper in stead of fatty dressing. - 25 calories

Without dinner that puts me at about 480 calories with dinner 505.

I might have to try that lemon juice salad idea... I usually just use salt, pepper, and vinegar.

thats wayyyy to little calories! This is a common misunderstood topic along with people saying just eating fruits and vegetables are adequate. Read up girl cause that can actually cause you to gain weight!

yea i know I generally have a pretty slow motabilism. Even if I eat regularly though so I dont understand any of the theories anymore haha.
