So...2013 is here... Interesting.
I have been doing a lot of thinking about this year... What do I want to do? What does this year hold?

I've always liked this song... This is an excellent mix, and I find I really enjoy the video they put with it.

Bear McCreary - 'Precipice'
This is one of the most kick-ass things I have ever put into my ears.
....That's saying a lot....
Slow at times and fast at others. Lots of tribal drums, guitars, and violins. And there's this mono-tonal drum that dances in occasionally and seems to travel through the song....
Good stuff.

Sometimes, I think what's interesting about Goth music is its element of resolution and consequence. I want out to Panoptikon last night with my girlfriend Angela. It was the 5-year anniversary for them. They gave out a two-disc compilation CD set, a flashy light, and a free shot after the normal cover price. (To be honest, it was a must-go event just for the CD... Heh.)
