Having spent an unreasonably enjoyable couple of hours going through your fic (slowly, so that I don't run out too soon), I don't think i've finished a single one without a smile so big that it threatens to escape my face. I think might even have glee-d right through quite a few of them, and god my face is so tired, but in the best kind of way ( ... )

I enjoyed this! I like how the premise of it (Amelie) is very much fictional and when Eames tries the "meet cute" it doesn't quite work out perfectly for him. Arthur makes a great point in saying that Eames is in a position of power, having seen his private sketchbook. As always, I really liked your take on the characters. I enjoyed all the fantastic banter and all the little details in the different relationship dynamics. How Mal is very much in charge and how Eames has her pick out the class they'll take together. How Mal is a year older than Cobb and her dislike of Ariadne over zombie pub crawl (what did happen there- I'm so curious!) Yusuf, his cooking, and his waffles (btw, thank you so much for writing good, competent- not relegated to comic relief Yusuf).

Thank you! I like fiddling with the characters--my favorite thing about these characters is that I feel like I can write them new everytime, which keeps things interesting. And I like competent Yusuf, too--my favorite combination is probably competent + comic relief, though. Not comic relief because he's incompetent, just 'cause he's a funny dude.

Unfortunately, I don't know what happened at the zombie pub crawl. NO ONE DOES. They were too drunk. Or...something. I have to admit that I am frequently terrible at knowing what's happening outside the scope of the fic I've written.
