After much panicked driving about, I managed to get to Jess's wedding. It was a nice, somewhat quick and nontraditional affair, but none of the meaning was compromised. So this term i'm doing a major group project that involves working with 4 other people to create a game. Apparently there was gang-related violence on Highland Street tonight (Highland Street being one of the four streets that encircle the WPI Campus. 4 people were shot on or near that street. A bit freaky when I think about it but then again I was spending the night indoors anyway.   

So I finally caved in to all the pressure (percieved) on me and asked Kate out. No it wasn't the first thing I said in our morning conversation, it was more of the last, and it was offering to ask her out to dinner. So anyway the costume issue is resolved, thanks to iParty (or is it I-Party...will Mac sue them? who can say? DUN DUN DUNNNHHHH).
