So Benn and I went back to Seattle. We stayed in the same room as before (with the private jacuzzi) and watched 10,000 BC on HBO and had a good time MST3King it, so awful was it, and drank Champagne. We spent six hours in the Science Centre, and got to see Lucy, as in the 3.18 million year old human ancestor. It was awesome.

This is what I get for reading infertility blogs (however hilarious) into the night
I dreamed last night that Corinne and I were showing off our babies to each other. Mine (a boy, of course) in swaddling and... Corinne's... in swaddling... (this did not appear to be Violet). How Come No One Ever Talks About The National Sleep Debt??
So I just finished reading a Stanley Coren book about sleep deprivation called Sleep Thieves. He talks about how the modern culture looks down on sleep as just "laziness" and something to curtail whenever possible.

I'm all sick and stuff today. Throat is swollen, can't talk, pain in my chest, hurts to cough, which I do anyway.
