So I was re-reading the Borders company handbook, and according to it, I should not have gotten an occurance for my January 4th court date because it was a 'legally-mandated absence', and I provided the company with more than two weeks notice in the matter. Well, I got a job finally. I'm working for Borders again, but this time in the call center, and I started out making more here on my first day then I did in the four years I was working at the store.
