Actual ticket I got from the help(less) desk today. Only the names have been changed to protect the guilty. :)

Message for XXXX. Hey XXXX will you please call me in regards to XXXXXX I have her here sitting in my office with her gun. Please call me.

The "gun" in question is a wireless hand-held pc/scanner.

I called the user and the first word out of my mouth was going to be "duck" but of course being the Texas location no one answered the phone.

Oh, some clarification since I have some Texans on my friends list. I'm not picking on Texas in general. This particular location has no voice-mail. They have an old answering machine on the main office number, the kind that uses two cassette tapes. 99% of the time no one turns it on.
