So, I get home from my bowling league last Saturday to find a message on my voice mail from one of my very best friends who procedes to tell me that he just had to call me from Finland because the bar he was at was playing "Die Die My Darling" by the MisFiTs. Nice surprise, just wish I'd been here to actually take the call. :)

Yep the night feeding is a real killer! We have that to look forward to in just over a month, sleep deprivation is a form of torture!
It sounds like you are being a great dad though and you just need to keep going, get through the current zombie/no-time-for-me stage and it will get easier, I promise you.
I was always jealous that my husband got out of the house every day to go to work! :)
Which reminds me, we need to order some boxsets of dvds from amazon for those night feedings, I think hubby has simpsons lined up already and I may order desperate housewives volume 2 :)

Oh and you are doing well to not give in and let him sleep on you too, have you tried wrapping/swaddling as that sometimes calms them into sleeping. We also trained our kid to sleep through noise and tv so we didnt have to tiptoe around when he was sleeping, well worth it :)
