If I lived anywhere near you, I'd love to go on long backpacking treks with you and have nice long heart-to-heart conversations about the meaning of life. You live in a beautiful place for that. (I do too, although its very different.) But for us, I guess cyber will have to do!
I'm 50 now, and that's okay. It's been pretty good, actually. I still feel young, relatively speaking. I don't feel like I'm 20 or 30, but I don't feel like I perceived 50 would be 25 years ago, either.
What's a GO Gathering? Or would I know that if I saw the movie?

Hey Jazz Man ! Thanks for your kind and reflective words. I hope the New Year is treating you well. You are a true Jazz Man..... I see Smooth Jazz in your words that shows the mellow..I see Blues which shows the more searching ,the soulful side and I see good old Jazz Jazz for the side of you that just let's go. I hope you and your partner are well ! Been doing winter sports like cross country and snow shoeing. Though we are to break records here today with highs in the 60's but then back to the 30's for the weekend.
