As some of you may know I have been going hashing (running and drinking with cool insane people) lately. It has gotten me back into a frame of mind where I want to work out and get my body back in the shape I like. So far it's going well- my goal is to run a mile a day and so far so good!

I just got back from a weekend at Lemolo Lake, the place we always used to go as a family, and the place where we spread my dad's ashes yesterday. My brother and I found a great spot where two rivers meet before they feed into the lake. It was very simple, and very good. Last week I got everything at the old place done and taken care of, so I am completely moved and unpacked and have a rad house :-) I am celebrating two friends' birthdays tomorrow, then the next day I am off for 10 days in California, including 5 days at Disneyland.
