Well, I'm a slacker because its been weeks since I've made time to discuss my life with the internet world. But, here I am, showing the world that maybe I'm not such a slacker after all. Yay for an update! And don't you worry about the "not working" yet getting paid thing. It's my personal belief that the majority of the world would choose to do this if they could get away with it.

Well, Jessica - I think I have suceeded at getting paid and not working. You're right ... If everyone could do it they totally would. I guess I just feel like a jerk about it. But not enough of a jerk to actually find work for myself to do ... so I'm sure I'll get through it somehow. So, I read in your last entry that you have a directing interview in San Francisco. I would love to hear all about it.

I have to side with Jess here Lora. Most people would kill to be paid 8 hours a day for 1 hour of work. Although I can empathise that when the work is pointless or too easy it loses meaning fast.

I am glad to hear you are becoming more and more content with who you are. Pushing aside your own dreams to live up to the expectations of others is wrong. You can never find happiness this way. Since you like these short stories so much maybe you should try a creative writing class or two?

Thanks for the comment, big brother. Yeah, I'm thinking creative writing classes are the way to go. I am going to start doing some research ... I can probably take a class at CCP this fall. I think its pretty cheap too. Also, there is a guy on tagp who is starting an adult tap dance class. I am definitely going to do that too. I have missed tap dancing since Anything Goes, and I think that would be alot of fun. It's just fun to make figuring it all out my first priority :o)
Also, did you see that I have a new icon for my LJ entries. I'm the coolest girl in the world!!
