Ahhh, the wee, small hours of the morning
Okay, so not really, but there isn't anyone else up and moving around right now. Seeing as how it just turned 7:00am here I am not surprised. Finally got a good night's sleep (started early enough) and woke up around 6:15 and watched the sun come up. The Apartments here are called Parqview. I'll bet that you would expect that that means that
