Wednesday - So... I headed home from work, with the expectation that darkphox would be arriving at my place about the same time I would. Until I got the text a few blocks from home saying he hadn't left yet. Got home and messaged him online... Got to the regional manager of the stores, and the general manager of Customer Service. Nobody was able to help me.

HOWEVER, because the Telesales department agreed to the BOGO offer, and was even kind enough to make a note of it in my file... THEY will be able to honor it. It'll just take a few days longer to get the phone.

Glad to hear you're finally updating from your Moto Krazr? Those were nothing but problems and corruptions for me. Smart phones are the way to go. :) Nice decision.
