I have decided to write a couple of essays. One for a study abroad contest, and one for the upcoming MSU student book collection competition. In the instructions for the study abroad contest, it said that the paper should be in "essay" form. So...where was I supposed to learn what "essay" form was? So, my sister-in-law has prepared my resume, and I am looking for work. I will try and be back to EL soon. Oh, and I need a place to live. I will probably have another yard sale this week to further reduce the amount of my possessions, along with continuing eBay sales.  Man...I need to get my car fixed again, too. Today I stopped by the British Library. They have some old books and things on display. I saw some of Davinci's notebooks, and Galileo's first published work. I also looked at their two copies of the 1215 Mgana Carta, which means there is only one that I haven't seen, but I don't think that I will make it to the fourth. Good stuff.

It is nice to be able to dump files to my AFS space while in London. Not that I have used it a lot, but just the fact that I can do it makes me happy. And with that, I give you Salisbury Cathedral, the tallest cathedral in the U.K.

Not that anybody has been reading these, but I need to revise this post. It was not the Neanderthal skull that I touched. I must have had a fever when I posted earlier. It was Kabwe Cranium or Broken Hill 1, which was discovered by Tom Zwiglaar at Kabwe, Zambia in 1921, and is dated to between 125,000 to 300,000 years. And here I am:
