Short lived joy- eh?

Last night was such a rollercoaster!  Excitement abounded in my house over the election of Obama- only to be stopped short by the precarious position of Prop 8.  And of course, this morning it looks like 8 really is going to pass.  I am glad to see that it was close, and it actually didn't pass in the county I live in.  The thought of such rampant

I thought prop 8 would fail for sure. That's a real surprise and disappointment. But I'm super glad prop 2 passed, no creatures should have to be confined where they can't move around like that. And I'm super glad Obama won, it's still sinking in... :)

I'm glad prop 2 passed as well. And prop 4 didn't pass, so that's good. And it is good that Obama won.

So we didn't get it all- I guess maybe that was a lot to hope for all in one night!
