A 5 year old's insight to my life.

I was using the bathroom the other day when my daughter walked in.

I said "Liv, come on get out of here, give me a little bit of privacy please."

She turned around and left. Shortly thereafter she returned to tell me that she couldn't find privacy anywhere and asked me where I put it.

Well, this IS America...no wonder she couldn't find it.

Yeah true. I thought when she said that, that I had not told her the meaning of privacy. So, it elatated me that she couldn't find it. So, her reply couldv'e been taken in so many ways. And the way I took it was..."yes, Liv, I can't seem to find privacy either."

The way I wanted it to be was never near the case.
