Gosh Kate - that's a lot of hard days jammed into one night. Do you sleep all the next day too?

Sadly I don’t sleep well in the day, I usually manage about 4 to 5 hours. I am building up a huge sleep deficit which is why I am asking to stop night duty at the end of August.

That’s a grind, despite being shorter than our 8 to 8 night shifts. God I hate those drug crates too. Do you get a sleep break?
