Screwed over by LJ

I just wrote an entire LJ entry and LJ ate it.

That's the kind of week I'm having. And yes, they're running another special $20 e-gift card promotion so I can't get anything done.

And it's the holidays, and people desperately want/need their e-gift cards and I'm just running in place trying to keep up.

And now I'm pissed off because my journal

If I had a dollar for every post I lost….well it’d be like 10-15 bucks but easily thousands of dollars in frustrations

This was my first time losing a post like that, and I was just too damned annoyed to try to recreate it.

It made me SO annoyed.

After the first time it happened to me, I started writing long posts as a text file, then cut and paste it over to LJ when it was ready.

See, that would require thinking ahead, and I usually write my LJ entries early in the morning, so thinking ahead is like remembering to brush my teeth before I leave for work. (grin)
