There have been cases where the donee absorbs the personality of the donor, even when the organ donated is like a lung or something...

Oh man... I forgot that blood counts as an organ! This gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "Pieces of Me"...

wow, wouldn't it be cool if someone absorbed my personality?! i could donate several of my organs to different people and create "sore-of-clones"!!! this sounds like an excellent plan to begin work on world domination!

Anyway... From what I heard, the Church frowns on cremation. It was actually a forbidden practice before as it was believed to be bad for the soul. But hey, it's your body.

Actually... I must confess that I've given this topic some thought, too.

how could it be bad for the soul? and i can't stand the idea of going up in flames anyway, it seems a little too much like hell.

see? it's probably one of those things that people think about a lot but they don't mention it because our parents will get all paranoid and think we're morbid/suicidal/depressed when we're just actually planning for the future like they always tell us to do!

hmmm, frogs in high school, it seems so long ago. cats in college, now that's a fresh memory!

i can't tell my family i'm thinking about this, lest they freak out. i should just probably write it in a journal and leave it behind for them to find out when i finally croak.

I've talked them into letting me donate my uncorrupted internal organs and cremating my body, having the ashes dealt with as they please.
