The library is dark, though one would suspect this is considerably less of an obstacle to a vampire. Not that it matters to Phoenix, who is currently flipping through a book as if the light were at normal levels. In all honesty, he can't read it; the truth is, he's only looking at it to make it harder to read HIM

Evangeline immediately glared at him.

"... Agent Wright?! W-what the hell are YOU doing here?!"

"Who, me?" He thinks. "Hmm. What am I doing here? You don't suppose I could be..."

He gasps, horrified.

"...the MOLE?!"

He laughs. "Oh man, the expression on your face. Fucking with you guys has been the greatest experience of my life."

Evangeline didn't even bother to speak further, instead immediately throwing several balls of raw frost energy directly at Phoenix - any one would freeze him solid, at least, under normal circumstances...

As Evangeline threw iceballs at Phoenix, a horse suddenly appears out of nowhere, it's mane, tail, and feather were infernos and black smoke pours out of it's flaring nostrils. Without a quick motion, it yanks Phoenix out of the way.

Following the Nightmare was a very angelic-looking man with eagle eyes, dressed in silver-colored armor. He even has a sense of holiness - but one that's being eaten away by an almost oozing aura of toxic corruption.

"Another foul creature - oh, we are most certainly collecting an abyssal lot of pets."
