So life has just been insane.  I haven't done much fanfic writing since "Time Heals" -mainly because I really fell out of love with the fandoms I had been writing in ::glares at you NCIS and Stargate SG-1/SGA

You must have heard my, "wonder what writinginct is up to..." vibes I was sending out a few days back as I re-read Time Heals. :)

And The Sentinel has always been a love of mine although I never delved fully into reading lots of fanfic for it. Mainly just those by writers I knew, crossovers and recs from various places. I always had this urge to write an epic NCIS/Sentinel crossover with Tony as a Sentinel... but me and epic never mixed.

Oh Hey! I'll read that! I watched Sentinel (the first season because that was all I could get on NetFail at the time) because I had read some fanfic, so I will look forward to reading your epic. Yay!

I'm having a lot of fun with it. My muse likes whumping a bit on Jim ^.^ -but it give Rafe such a wonderful opportunity to make it better lol...

The SG1/TS crossover potential is huge given the meshing of time frames plus the obvious anthropology connections. I haven't even looked at crossovers yet, I'm still plowing through the Sentinel slash fic.

I do love J/B :) But in my fic I wanted to go a little different way with Blair and the whole Shaman thing. I'm trying to keep Jim-Blair's relationship in my fic similar to what is in canon- a very close, physically comfortable, bantery friendship.

I'm hoping it will appeal to at least some of TS fans.

I don't watch NCIS too- that show is totally ruined for me. SG 1 and SGA are cool, but they are not my main love.

I'm so sorry to read about your dog- it's difficult to say goodbuy, even if it's time- they are like family.

I'm still watching NCIS, I just haven't had much desire to read or write fanfic for it anymore. Things got really divisive a couple years back with all the Tiva hate and I just lost my taste for it all. I'm still watching the show (and do I adore Jamie Lee Curtis on there opposite Gibbs) but I don't see myself writing in it again any time soon.

Precious was so old and arthritic. It was devastating to put her to sleep but it really was the right thing to do for her. Our new girl is an absolute joy - a 100lb cuddle buddy. lol... my big baby!
