I am happy to report that I am in love. Her name is Haley, which is apropos for OoTS fans, because she's stolen my heart. You know what I love? Someone who calls me unethical for not giving him a piece of information, when, in fact, I've disclosed the fact in question on three separate occasions. My first deal closed Wednesday, and I got the check today.  It is pathetically small, but I'm really okay with that.  I have two more deals that I'm waiting on, one of which will probably close.  The other guy is freaking out because he's required to get liability and personal property insurance, which doesn't cost that much.
