I WAS JUST THINKING THE SAME THING TODAY ON MASS PIKE. :O I have the EXACT same problem. I wonder if it'll have some bad effects later in life? Like....what? Do you think it'll cause heart problems?

One more thing to get anxious about. Either way, I feel you. Completely.

Like the person above, I've always had the same thing happen to me. I was told once that I should look into anxiety meds so I don't end up killing someone, but I'd rather be me than drugged :)

This entry made me think of conversations my boyfriend and I have all the time about little things that we point out to eachother as odd, yet we've never realized they were odd because there was never anyone around to tell us it was strange.

And one time my boss at Dinner's Ready randomly asked me what kind of cheese I put on grilled cheese sammiches. I told her it always depends on who in my family makes them, but my favorite is cheddar with miracle whip. She said she always thought grilled cheese sandwiches had to be made with velveeta because that's what her family always used growing up and the previous day someone had told her that it was weird to make them with velveeta.

That last story doesn't completely relate...hm. I guess I'm just tired :) Have a good weekend!

Yet another person with the same problem. Sometimes it helps to take a beta blocker when it gets too disruptive. Otherwise, I just run it off. I've run miles to make it stop.

Anxiety is no fun. I used to get anxiety attacks...You might try excusing yourself, then breath deeply, drink some water and tell yourself to relax.
