  So I got word today that my Mom's test was negative for cancer.  Thats such awesome news and such a relief. Like, I can't even explain. She's still going to need a hysterectomy but its not hardly as serious as if it would of been cancer due to where the tumor was and how it could of spread to her lymph nodes

Excellent news on your mom! Still, do your homework on doctors and find a good one for the hysterectomy.

Yeah, it was kinda hairy for a while as to what was gonna happen. And that's really good advice. -We got her referred to an awesome specialist at Abbot Northwestern here in the Twin Cities.

Cool, I know someone who had a botched one. Made life hard for her. OTOP, I know someone who was referred to a "specialist" for a colonoscopy. He looked into the referral, found the guy had a disturbingly high "perforation" rate and tracked down someone more skillful. Having fired specialists myself when I could tell they weren't on-game, I encourage everyone to get informed on their condition, treatments, risks and to challenge their doctors.

I'll say my prayers that it all goes well for your mom. Sorry to hear about your friend, but at least the memorial will help him live on in your hearts and minds, through the merories ou share.
