Favorite Characters: Sam, CJ, Donna, Leo, Ainsley, Charlie. Let's just be safe and say all of them, except for Mandy. Oh, and I do love the Bartlet girls. Ellie is my favorite of them, but I love Zoey and Liz too.

'Ships that sail for you: Sam/Ainsley, Josh/Donna, CJ/Danny (these three are my favorites). Also Jed/Abbey, Charlie/Zoey, Toby/Andy, ( Read more... )

Oh, man. Not for me, but I can't not comment, because this is made of all kinds of win. I love how neurotic Josh is, with moving around the furniture, and how sweet he tries to be, but is still sometimes so stupid. Sam's calm presence and amusement is classic Sam. It's all so cute and amusing. ♥

HEEEE. Anon, this made my day! Josh moving the furniture around, and Margaret still being there, and Sam being there and amused. This is just so very them. Of course Josh would think Donna wouldn't mind flowers now that they're dating.

I'm grinning so much right now. This is awesome. Thank you!

Wonderful! Totally nailed the characters. Loved Josh itching to do what he loves but knowing it isn't his job anymore.

Sam smirked at Ainsley as she sifted through a bowl of dry cereal, occasionally dropping brightly colored pieces onto a napkin that lay open on her desk ( ... )

OH, I love this! Thank you :D Everything about this is just perfect, especially the dialogue. I can hear them saying it in my head. And of COURSE Ainsley would still be eating Lucky Charms.

Thanks again! <3

This one was me. ;) Very happy you liked it, hon. Sorry I couldn't give you anything with a little more oomph to it, but I'm happy that you're happy. ♥

Polars Bears on a Tropical Island - Sam, Ainsley, G anonymous January 5 2011, 19:33:40 UTC
Sam stopped at the sight of the familiar blonde head in the transition office. He abandoned his previous course. She was camped out at a desk against the wall, easily mistaken for someone less than the future White House Counsel ( ... )

Oh hi, not-so-anon. (I ♥ you, unless you aren't who I'm sure you are, in which case this is awkward...)

I love EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS. From Ainsley's line about her stuff getting lost in Kentucky to Sam's quips about "the island show" being "completely unrealistic" to the little detail about Ronna forgetting to call Santos the President-Elect. This is awesome. Great, great job! <3

I'm sure you definitely had this figured out. But yes, I wrote this for you.

And it's so silly, but I'm glad you liked it. :)

Donna packed in a methodical, precise method (rolling jeans to save space, sweaters and delicates on top). It had driven Paul (or, as she’d begun to think of him as every since Josh coined it all those months ago, Dr. Freeride) absolutely nuts. Josh found it precious, endearing.

She shut her eyes, leaning against the edge of the bed for a moment. Stop it, DonnaIt was the day after the election. Governor Bartlet had won, and Donna knew what happened next. She had overheard enough from Josh and Sam and the rest of them to know. Transition was a marathon at a sprint pace, and there were so many jobs to fill, to prepare ( ... )

“With you where?” she asked, genuinely intrigued.

“The White House.”

She blinked, mouth falling faintly agape. Smirking, he took her hands from her packing and pulled her away from the bed. “I know a good thing when I see it. I’m not completely inept. Despite what CJ and everyone else may tell you.”

“Or what I found out for myself,” she retorted. He still had her hands in his, a loose hold; she could feel a blush on the back of her neck.

He thought on that for a moment, shrugging. “In any case, you’re coming to the White House. With all of us.”

For the first time since waking up this morning, Donna felt the stirrings of promise, of anticipation for the future. “If you insist,” she said finally, unable to contain her smile.

He squeezed her hands and let go. “The fun hasn’t even started yet, Donnatella.”

“Looking forward to it,” she said dryly, following him as he walked to the door. She had a feeling she wouldn’t have made it out of the hotel lobby anyway.

Ooooh, oh! This is so awesome. There are so many details to love here. Donna packing in a way that annoyed Dr. Freeride while being endearing to Josh. Josh yelling so loud that people in Florida can hear him. Mentioning how Josh couldn't find anything the last time Donna left. I love it all.

My favorite line is probably this one, though. “The fun hasn’t even started yet, Donnatella.”

Thank you so much, anon! :D
