yesterday i was sicker than i have been in a long long time. i went to bed feeling fine on monday night but woke up around 4am and threw up and then did so till 11am, then got sick from the other end. my hole body ached so bad - parts of my body that i did not know existed hurt and to touch some them those spots made them hurt even more. my hips ( Read more... )

i feel so overwhelmed - i dont think that i can do it all.

tonights presenter will be here at 615 - the presentation was suppossed to start at 6pm. there are two people here.

i also got "talked to" cuz i called a board member sweetheart - i know its my fault - i need to stop that - i actually need to just stop talking.

had another shitty dream last night - i did realize that twice this week i have forgotten to take my meds and have taken them in the evening (not first thing in the morning) i think that when i take them later in the evening that is when the nightmares come - i have also done some research and some people have gotten relief by cutting down on sugar ( Read more... )

so i did not want to get out of bed this morning. so i didnt.

should have been at work early for the site visit tomorrow but i dont really give a shit.

tooth thing went okay on friday. it hurt. it bled. but Jen took care of me and made me oatmeal and smoothies.

better get myself to do some work here.

i have to go to the dentist today - i am scared and nervous- i am a wuss and dont like pain. i think it wouldnt be so bad if i knew what he was gonna do. not just the description of problems that could arise afterwards.
