just got back from the Piano Ensemble Concert. Wow. shit! due to my wisdom teeth extractions and the recent resizing of my upper teeth retainer, I have not been eating well and have lost 6kg since the holidays started!! I'm now 48!! I used to be 54!! That was an OK weight ok! I only noticed this after I went out yesterday and my jeans were really low. TRIPLE SHIT!!!
