Amid all the joy of a second grandchild I have kept quiet about my kitty. While I was at my daughter's home, my 17 year old kitty took ill. The vet checked her out while my hubby called me on my cell. She was very ill.....probably kidney failure.....and the vet thought it most humane to put her to 'sleep'.
