Today is Day Three of Bartending School. (Its a 2-week course, and at the end I'll receive a Certificate. I'll be a Licensed Mixologist.) So, yeah, today is Day Three. So far, I've learned Martinis, Manhattans, Rob Roys, 2 oz cocktails, after dinner drinks and the basic tools, etc. Tonight, we learn Tall Drinks. Its a lot to memorize
