I'm looking for stories where Sam is going off the deep end, and suicide or self-harm enters into it.  Extra credit if Dean is trying to protect him from himself.

I asked this question over at TWOP and got 2 excellent recommendations - 'When Heroes go Down' and 'Unthinkable'.  Are there any others?
