Down to 245 as of this morning, but thats most likely because I've felt so shitty over the past few days that I haven't eaten anything at all.

But how pathetic am I that I can't even keep up with this journal. I can't even believe myself sometimes.

So after some crazily unforseen events, I've decided that I need to start over again at Day 1. Too much got in the way and I really haven't been eating properly. I've managed to lose 2 pounds though. Its not much, but it's a start. So today is going to be day one and I'm really going to work on this more. I need to. So I'll update with some more

In Italiano, "speranza" means hope. And that's just what I need right now. I need to remember that even in this state that I've come to, there is and always will be hope that things can get better.
