+ your poetry
- 'nothing' if nothing makes you poetic, you wouldn't be a poet in my opinion.

Nothing makes me poetic.

I just am what I am. I think that's poetic, yes, but it's part of me, the same way that I am a brunette, I am pale-skinned.

You don't see what it is that causes me to be.

You just see the result.

...This may be me arguing semantic. *shrugs*

Thank you.

Thank you for your comment.

...Though honestly, I don't know what you mean by it.

I'm afraid that I disagree. (I also feel that this is a foolish reason to reject someone from a community meant to rate people on writing, but it is your perogative.)

I don't devote my life to God, though, I'm afraid.

I base my life on the belief I have in Him.

Every morning, I choose to follow the tenants of my faith, because it creates peace for me. I don't feel that anyone else is required to believe what I believe, or live how I live.

But my life results in happiness for me this way.

You do not believe there is a god. Thus, I don't believe that you would be able to live your life, if you lived it based on a belief in him.

But your way of life isn't all ways of life. It's as valid as mine.

And mine's as valid as yours.

(I'm not trying to argue with you over the no. That's, again, your right. However, I do feel that your statements are offensive, a bit, and less than tolerant. As this isn't a religious community, judging me on my religious and spiritual views seems uncalled for.)

Thank you for your comment.

I do have a question, and perhaps you can answer it, though--what, exactly, is this comm meant to rate?

Because from the info page, I was under the impression that it was a writing comm, and thus, would rate writing, and the poetry used in the app.

As far as I can tell, your no has nothing to do with what I actually wrote. So I'm now curious.

*amused* I see. Thank you. I wasn't quite sure what my taste in music had to do with my writing, you see.

I think it is unfair of people to judge you according to things you like, but not only did I like your poetry, I liked every other part of your application.
