So...havent been on this for at least 6 months now...crazy i know seen as i used to live on here...but its weird coming back and now i guess i will end up back in the same sh** once again =/ tbh i havent exactly stopped anything either though....im more like coming back to chat with everyone......xxx -

Fasting from 10.30am today.
Before a fast I usually eat that morning to boost the metabolism for the day...

yeah I have been off here for a (long) while and now i have given in....i had never 'gotten better/of over it' just less....into it?......but no not now...im back and ready for my mission to self-destruct again!

My therapist asked me if i felt 'empty' and i dont know. Maybe i am. And well what if i am empty. What then.
