Oh man, trying to be healthy is freaking hard.
I have such a negative body image which is not helping me as I do this. It's so frustrating. I guess I just need to remember that this will be a long slow journey. I wish I could get Adam to do this with me.

Why am I awake...?

hahaha that's all.

So only a week and a half til Adam and I leave for Chicago! We're driving out to Chicago and we'll stay there for about 5 days THEN we're flying to California to meet my family and go to Disneyland!
