It's been something like 3 1/2 years since I last posted here. Mostly it's because I'm lazy, but it's partially because I started up my own blog with my own domain name.

The West Bottoms
Bailey and I went down to the West Bottoms today and took a bunch of pictures. Well, Bailey took a bunch of pictures. I just got ideas for going back and taking pictures. Update on New Year's Resolutions
Well, it's been two months since I posted on the subject of my New Year's resolutions, so I think an update is in order.
The house still isn't all cleaned up, and it's probably going to be a while before we finish. We have made progress, however. We're all caught up on the dishes, and the basement is as clean as it can be until we buy more ( Read more... ) -
World of Wheels
Last weekend, Bailey and I went down to Bartle Hall for the World of Wheels car show. We saw cars of every make, model, shape, size, and condition while we were there, and ended up taking nearly five hundred pictures in the four hours or so that we were there. We had a lot of fun, but by the end we were pretty tired from all that walking.

I was checking my Flickr stats tonight, and saw something interesting. The totally awesome picture Bailey took of Jen Ledger from Skillet last year was sitting at 1337 views, which just happens to spell leet in leetspeak. I found it amusing, so here's a screen cap of it. Little piccie will open to full-sized piccie.

Virtualization Followup
A few weeks ago I wrote about my possible plans to change the setup of my home network to move many, if not all, of the services I provide to my home network off of my physical server and onto a virtual machine, with a promise to follow up on how that worked out.
