belly button...the tongue makes people look slutty and desparate. guys usually want something out of it, and well, thats up to you, but i would definatly go with the belly button. as far as the pain goes...they are both gonna hurt. i dont have my tongue, but i do have my belly buttom and that hurt like hell!!! (im pretty sure in the only person who thought it hurt tho)
